How To - Sponsorship Packages
There are a number of distinct levels of sponsorship packages for regional businesses.
They are:
Core Sponsor - $10,000 (1)
HEADLINE CREDIT ON ALL ADVERTISING, PUBLICITY, AND SIGNAGE
Logo to tickets, use of ticket back for promotion, etc.
Full page, full color ad to back cover of program book
Large banner over main entrance
Large banner at press box - all three nights
4'x8' vinyl sign strategically placed at animal entrance
Credit during each event for donation of prize $ (optional)
"Golden Lariat" presentation with accompanying publicity
Option to paricitpate on-site - all three nights
Optional ticket purchase location
Twenty VIP tickets for employees, etc.
Evening Sponsor - $5,000 (3)
“Own the event” publicity pre-show and during show
Premium placement - full page to program book (inside cover or centerfold)
Large banner at press box your evening
4'x8' vinyl sign strategically placed at animal entrance
Credit between each event for use of fairgrounds, etc.
"Golden Lariat" presentation held during your evening
Option to paricitpate on-site - your evening
Optional ticket purchase location
Ten VIP tickets for employees, etc.

“Own the event” publicity during all 3 nights
Premium placement - 1/2 page to program book facing event listings
Corporate flag carried via cowgirl on horseback prior to main event
Arena signage provided - 2’ x 8’ vinyl sign

“Own the gate” publicity for all gate participants all 3 nights
